L. FELIPE PERRONE is Professor of Computer Science at Bucknell University. Originally from Rio de Janeiro, he earned the degrees of Electrical Engineer and MS in Computer Science and Systems Engineering from the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro. He earned a PhD in Computer Science from The College of William & Mary in Virginia and started his teaching career while a post doctoral researcher at Dartmouth College. He joined Bucknell University in 2003 and has taught numerous courses, including ENGR 290 in Brazil (2010) and in Italy (2015). His research interests include modeling and simulation, computer systems, computers and society, and human-robot interaction.
